Current Opportunities:
Early Childhood Educator - Part time/Permanent Position
Waterbridge School Age Program is currently seeking a part-time Early Childhood Educator (full time through the summer and public school holidays). The position will begin in early September.
Hours: 6.25 hours per day (full-time through the summer and public school holidays). This position is a split shift 8:00 - 10:45 a.m. and 2:15 - 5:45 p.m.
Qualifications:
Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators
Candidate must have their Early Childhood Education diploma or AECEO equivalent
Valid First Aid Certificate and Level C (Infant/Child and Adult) CPR Course
Previous experience with School Age children (aged 6-10)
Must be a motivated and energetic educator with the ability to work in a team based environment
Must have a solid understanding of how to facilitate school age activities
Salary Information:
$13.31(base salary) + 1.38 pay equity + $1.23 redistributed wage grant
Total: $15.92/hour
